We love to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, however there are just some situations that can cause unavoidable delays - if there are any problems, please send us an email and we will be sure to help in any way possible.

If you happen to place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be duly processed the next business day.

NB: Please be at your address to accept your goodies from the courier otherwise you may be charged for a re-delivery by the courier company. If you are at work during the day, it may be wise to put your work address in the delivery details.

Please allow between 5-10 business days to receive your package from the time you place your order. 

Also best be aware that some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances the responsibility falls on you to pay the charges to release the goods from the shipment. Unfortunately we’re unable to estimate what these charges will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office to find out the exact deal.


We value each and every one of our Coco Cruz customers and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. However if by any chance you need to return your item, please follow the below steps for an exchange or refund.

Email us at immediately with the reason why you would like to return or exchange your item. If the reason is valid and accepted, you will receive a unique reference code from us. Please ensure you deliver the item back to us within 14 days.

We do not exchange or refund on discounted/sale items.

Items must be returned to us for a refund or exchange according to the following conditions:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and in it’s original condition with all our tags attached. 
  • It arrives at our office within 14 days of you receiving it.
  • It has been approved through Coco Cruz Customer Care and you have obtained a return go ahead.
  • If you wish to exchange, please notify us with your preferred style/size/colour as soon as possible, so you don’t miss out.
  • For discounted or sale items: NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
  • We need to receive the item back within the same conditions outlined above, along with your exchange request/s via email, or phone.
  • Exchanges will be charged at a delivery cost: Singapore -SGD$5 , Asia Pacific- SGD$20 and rest of the world- SGD$30

You are responsible for posting your return goods back to Coco Cruz. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking. This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. Coco Cruz is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.

Any additional payment made by you to return faulty goods to Coco Cruz, will not be refunded.

Refunds are made against the original Credit Card used. We cannot refund onto a different card. We process refunds within 5-10 days of receiving them.
